A collection of shorts stories from writer’s workshop – 2023

Guatemala, May 2023 We are happy to announce the first published book of Village student stories!  Ms. Finlay’s class was assigned the task of writing short stories and later scene writing based on picture prompts.  All the short stories and scenes have been compiled into a 178-page book.  Please take the time to read these wonderfully written works by students in all sections of the Writer’s Workshop. Top 3 in Central America Math Relay

Congratulations to our Middle School Math Team! From the 21 American Bilingual Schools from Central America, Village School took third place in the Math Relay Race in El Salvador!

DI Tournament Guatemala

Last saturday the American School, CAG, held the Guatemalan DI tournament, where several of our students participated, displaying their creativity, teamwork and critical thinking skills. Parents, teachers, administration and students helped out throughout the event cheering our teams and supporting other schools as well. It was a morning full of fun and knowledge.
